Arrival and departure hours
The apartment is available from 16:00/17:00 on arrival day.
Of course you can use the facilities of the village like pools, playground, etc. before you occupy your apartment.
On departure the apartments must be left before 10:00.

Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels (first package on arrival)are included in the price. The beds are made on arrival. For stays of several weeks the bed linen and towels will be changed after every week. During your stay daily cleaning of the apartment is not provided. It is possible to have daily cleaning on request (against fee, to be communicated at the reservation or on spot).

Payment options
The remaining amount of your stay and any extra services has to be paid on spot. You can pay cash or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). According to Italian legislation payments in cash must not exceed the amount of Euro 999,00.

Final cleaning
The cost of the final cleaning of the apartment at departure is included in the rates. The kitchenette, kitchen utensils and dishes have to be handed over cleaned, otherwise Euro 25,00 will be charged.

Dogs / pets [...]
Pets are allowed in the village (to be indicated at the reservation!). There will be an additional charge per day for every pet. Dogs must be leashed and don't have access to the facility areas (restaurants, pools, supermarket, etc). Dogs appertaining to breeds classified as dangerous must wear a muzzle.

Internet
It is possible to use WIFI inside the village (on the terrace of the apartment or in the bar area). Due to the bad network connection in the region or in case of overload the speed is relatively slow.

Mobile phone
Weak signal mobile network.

Parking
Parking spaces are available inside the village (1 parking place per apartment).

Safety box
Objects of value can be deposited in the central safe of the direction without a charge.

Local tax
Our tariffs do not include the local tax, the municipality of Piombino introduced this year for stays during the period 01 April – 31 October. This tax (Euro 1,50 per person per night) has to be paid to the village which will remit this contribution directly to municipality of Piombino. Children under 12 years and stays from the 16th night are tax free.
